Pushead x NEIGHBORHOOD 2009 April Releases

Joining a number of different NEIGHBORHOOD-relevant updates today is the capsule of items created by iconic artist Pushead. The collection’s focus is on a graphic combining Pushead’s familiar skull set against an eagle motif. A jacket, t-shirt and sticker set all bear this particular graphic.

OriginalFake x NEIGHBORHOOD 2009 April Releases

The OriginalFake x NEIGHBORHOOD collaboration continues on into April with a new series of graphic tees. Not to be outdone, the collection also yields two denim styles in a clean raw wash. The imagery on the denim is visible via the back pockets while the tees continue on a mostly NEIGHBORHOOD-esque style.

An update into NEIGHBORHOOD’s 2009 1st Ex. Series “Holidays in the Sun” Collection is seen here. The brand offers a multitude of styles this time around including vests, jackets and button-ups to go alongside their trademark distressed denim. The injection of color is subtle but visible as the usual dark/muted colorways are complimented by the EL MEX. / C.CREW as well as woven straw hats. Look for these to hit select retailers in the coming weeks.

Damien Hirst for Supreme Skate Decks


Damien Hirst is the latest and arguably one of the most high-profile artists to join the Supreme ranks as a contributing artist. The pop artist and his artistic work has made him one of the most influential and powerful living artists. His attraction to realism and “provocative sensationalism” has yielded some of our generation’s most iconic pieces of work including preserved animals in formaldehyde which included a shark, sheep and cow. His work with Supreme features some of this trademark Spin paintings over three different decks. A short skate video featuring commentary from Damien Hirst can also be seen over at Supreme’s site. The decks will release Stateside on Thursday, April 2nd both online and in-store while the Japanese region will see their allocation release on Saturday, April 4th.

Supreme x Nike SB Bruin

First seen a few days ago on the cover of Shoes Master, here’s another look from Complex Magazine at the upcoming collaboration between New York skate brand Supreme and Nike SB on the lesser known model from Nike, the Bruin. Look for more images to appear within the next few weeks!

Levi’s Fenom Amethyst Disco Denim

Steering away from their previous STF-style releases, Levi’s Fenom drops two new colorways in their purple Amethyst disco denim which proved to be such a hot item back in 2008. This time around the Hiroshi Fujiwara-headed line features a distressed/washed finish adorned with similar Amethyst detailing. Both a 505 and 207 fit are now live via the Levi’s Japan e-shop.

NGAP x Undercover 2009 Collection

Having already seen various bag styles alongside Tokyo-based design firm NGAP, Jun Takahashi’s Undercover unveil a full fledged collection with NGAP. The line consists of more bag styles, apparel, and accessories in the brand’s usual avant-garde nature. This new collection will become available via the Undercover flagship store in Hong Kong.
