Originally conceived during their early years in the business, friends and collaborators NIGO (A Bathing Ape) and Jun Takahashi (Undercover) opened up their retail space NOWHERE. The storefront became a place for NIGO to sell his picks of US vintage wear, eventually becoming the official home of A Bathing Ape launched in 1993. Bringing back the NOWHERE name, NIGO and Jun will be opening up shop at Dover Street Market’s Basement for a limited period of time. Offering exclusive A Bathing Ape product as well as collaborative pieces under the NOWHERE name, its January 17th, 2009 opening will be certainly mark the pinnacle of streetwear.
