Supreme 2008 Fall/Winter Tees & Knits

Following up a massive showing for their Fall/Winter 2008 collection, Supreme give us a preview of some more gear from the line, believe it or not. Alongside a strong graphic tee set, will be more of their cut and sew including a football, raglan and striped long sleeves. Keeping the colors at a minimum, each knit is available in 4 different colorways incorporating classic looking, basic color schemes. Look for these to drop alongside the rest of the F/W releases very soon.

WTAPS presents BULL INK Tee Collection

As the main manufacturer of WTAPS printed tee’s, BULL INK introduces some of their newest designs. Although BULL INK is primarily a cut and sew label, their tee’s feature the perfect cut with high quality cotton with a thicker, less wrinkle prone blank. Essentially using the same shirt as WTAPS, this label definitely combines a bold look alongside superb craftsmanship.

It has been quite some time since Japanese brand Bounty Hunter released a toy. Their figures have always been well received and usually sell out to die hard collectors the first day they drop. Futura Laboratories x Descente T-shirt Collection

As part of the ultra-technical Futura Laboratories x Descente collection, the two have also partnered up on a series of t-shirts. The FL x Descente outerwear collection itself is marked by a series of innovative material choices and concepts including various multi-function pieces and the use of DiAPLEX, a material which alters its pore structure relative to ambient temperatures. Although the t-shirts themselves (one of the three are shown here) are much more simple relative to their outerwear counterparts, the graphics are reflective of the team-up with each brand contributing their own iconic imagery. The Hideout x Supreme 10th Anniversary T-shirt

Banksy visits New Orleans

Most certainly my favorite stencil artist, Banksy has made a living ruling the streets of England with his provocative, political and damn good masterful execution of stencil graffiti. With his pieces collecting ridiculous amounts of money, any city should be honored to get tagged up but the legend, well at least everyone except the authorities. Recently taking a visit to New Orleans, Banksy attacks yet another flurry of buildings with his trademark style, obviously referencing some of the latest political problems troubling our nation. Supreme 2008 Fall/Winter Collection

The wait is over as Supreme has previewed their 2008 fall/winter collection. The obvious efforts due to the fall/winter season revolve around another strong outerwear program as well as a dedication to patterns with some well-designed sweaters and tops. The always unpredictable accessories releases from Supreme for this season include the just recently seen collaboration with Everlast on boxing gloves, a simply branded ash tray, Masterlock, reflective puffy and boxing glove keychains. Also worth noting, despite the Olympics being over, Supreme has done up a 5-rings inspired beanie as the frontrunner among three other styles. This update also comes two video pieces including living legend Christian Hosoi @ Supreme LA and Kid Chocolate over at the Trinity Boxing Club in New York. WTAPS 2008 Autumn/Winter Collection “Red Dawn”

Following up their S/S 2008 season “Extreme Prejudice”, the Fall/Winter collection of WTAPS “Red Dawn” continues with the now-familiar militaristic theme. The October issue of Cool trans displays all the staple items including flannels, jeans hoodies, and crewneck sweaters. The most intricate items as expected, are the military styled jackets featuring everything from leathers to bombers and field jackets. Many of these pieces feature distressed detailing, embroidered patches or slogans reminiscent of wars past.

Original Fake x Colette Tee

The Parisian boutique colette will be re-opening its doors tomorrow with a renovated interior by the Japanese design firm, Wonderwall. Included in the new design will be a section dedicated solely to the artist KAWS’ clothing brand, Original Fake. For this occasion, KAWS’ has designed a tee specifically for colette’s new store which we assume will only be available at colette.

While information on the upcoming F/W 08 Supreme line is scarce some teaser pics of the line have popped up in the October issue of Cool Trans. One of the most sought after accessories of any Supreme season has always been the backpacks. This seasons edition looks to be constructed of nylon and leather and is available in an eye-catching red colorway. Continuing with the string of unlikely collaborations that Supreme has participated in, the F/W 08 season seems to feature a set of Everlast boxing gloves. Those who don’t have any use for full size boxing gloves can always pickup the pocket-sized keychain version.

Royalefam 2008 Fall/Winter Collection

Royalefam’s Fall/Winter 2008 Collection promises to be an interesting one, as Mark Ong’s (SBTG) vision for the line has changed. The “Dead Generals” line symbolizes the death of a proven 5 year old formula and the emergence of a new one. From the collection, expect a series of custom sneakers, toys, t-shirts, hoodies, cut and sew, and even skateboards, which is a collaboration with Thailand-based Preduce Skateboards. In addition, Mark still has some special pieces that have yet to be unveiled. The Dead Generals Collection will be released in October at select Royalefam stockists worldwide.

Nike Air Force 1 “Closing Ceremonies

With the 2008 Beijing Olympics coming to a close this weekend, Nike is closing things out with a commemerative pair of Air Force 1s. Fashioned in bright metallic gold, the upper of the sneaker is adorned with a Chinese motif. The package also features special packaging in the form of a black 08/08/08 box. Available starting August 25th.
